PREMIER CUVEE-S.bayanus-Formerly known as Prise de Mouss and , like the champagne yeast, ferments over a wide temperature range and is good for both sparkling and still wines. Good for restarting stuck or sluggish fermentations. Often imparts subtle citrus like flavors. Good with whites or reds.
